Masterboard... Masterpiece!!!

Well ok maybe not a masterpiece but I needed a catchy title lol
I get the craft stamper mag every month, have a flick through, think to myself, I'll try that, that and that and then promptly forget to try any of it!
Well not this time.... This time my friend Alison reminded me and we both set to work making a motherboard following the instructions on page 75 of march's issue. She finished hers about 2 days b4 me as i was doing other things in between.
Once I finished I must admit I looked at it and wasn't all that impressed,
but Alison assured me once I cut it up and used bits of it I would be much happier.. And guess what
I was.. Coz this is how the card turned out...
 Sorry for the naf photo, i just couldn't get a good shot, need the sunshine to come out and play!!
{will try and take another photo asap}
I used a slimmed down diecut birdcage, and a bird i made from friendly plastic and embossing powder.
I used a mini nappy style pin as i didn't have any of the memo pins to hold the ticket.
I still have some masterboard left so you may just see some more cards from me!

LOL, Alison inspired me too but I haven't done it yet I have viral pneumonia and don't feel like it yet.
You made me laugh about your try it someday comments. That's me. I love what you've done. Do people still use diapers that require pins???LOL

Love the colour combo you chose, really lovely card! I too have a sheet of inked, stamped and beaded paper that I'm looking at and thinking "hmmm, what now?" - lol!
