Inspired By:

This past week over on the Paper Artsy Blog the very talented Helen Chilton is the guest designer.
My piece was inspired by a mix of day #2 and #4's projects.
I have had my portfolio's for some time and they were kinda unloved so it was lots of fun to get them out again and use them in ways i've not tried before.
I loved the scratchy background and combined it with the stamped image/scratch highlighting, and a bit of light text stamping.
The whole piece is on one of the cool paper substrate hanging thingys.
I think I might just have a play in my journal with the same technique as it was lots of fun.
Till next time, Stay Inky

This is fab Minxy! Love the beautiful colours and what I assume is a masked background. The textured effect is lovelu and the scratchy highlighting is very effective. I've not had time to look at Helen's posts this week apart from the first one so must rectify that. I can't have a go at this though as I don't have any pastels, lol!
