Hello intrepid desk snoopers, It's that time again to share our spaces with the world.
Sorry I missed last week, I was up in london the weekend b4 attending ally pally, see HERE for all the pics, I only managed to meet up with a couple of WOYWWer's wearing badges.. where was everyone, Did I just miss ya all ???
So anyway's.. when I got home I had a whole bunch of new stash to find a home for so some extra storage was in order.
Regulars to my desk will see I have some new shelves kindly erected by my other half .
I moved all my stamps to the new shelves so I have easy access to them, freeing up space where they were for more stash lol, Also the little half shelf at the top displays artwork, both mine and from others.
I also fixed this makeshift ink pad storage to the wall with some bars underneath for punches and what not, I find the more I can see the more I use it. You can also spy a very lush piece of original Hels Sheridan art in front of my altered mirror. {Thanks again Hels xxx}

OMG, this looks amazing, my mouth hangs open! Love the bars underneath the shelves, and wow those big folders for the stamps..... So know what you mean about seeing/using...

What a lovely snoop I have just had (after a detour to your AP pics of course). Love the "makeshift" ink pad storage - looks like it should be permanent to me, it is great.

New stuff is good..and the impressive thing is that needing a couple new shelves didn't mean a craft room shut down for a week while you re-organised...really, most impressed by that! No doubt that having stash in you line of vision means you use it. It's the reason I rarely tidy up. Seriously, what were you expecting me to say!!
Oooh! New shelves and another half that's handy - that's a double whammy! Loving the organisation - sometimes it can go one way or another - that is you can find your stuff easily or you've forgotten where you tidied it to! Guess which one is mine?! Mwah x

Lol to Julia's comment! Love the new storage and I can see that you even have a proper orange duster handy on the makeshift inkpad storage, lol! Love all the artwork on display, especially the tags over the window blind. Off to see the Ally Pally stash and drool no doubt!

I love your space- it was great before, but now it's even better, and as you say - if you can see it, you use it. Versus my problem of out of sight, out of mind. Having said that, I'm out of mind generally! LOL

I like the new shelves and how things are nicely in their place. I so agree with you--if you can see it, you will use it. If I don't see it I'll forget I have it and not use it. Easy access! I'm all for it. Things are looking nice and organized in your world.
