I spotted this beauty in my garden the other day..
Think its a rare Houndtooth Crested Blueback.
Predominately found in warmer climates, because we've had a few hotter spells here I'm guessing it may have got lost, but what a treat to see one up close!

ROFL...now, this most definitely has to fly up to my house for a closer inspection...did you know that I am a Twitcher? Yes, all those hours spent watching the birdies has sent my quite mad dear...LOVE THIS!!! Tis FAB!!!!
